Every day, hundreds of thousands of people across metro Atlanta check when their next train or bus arrives. Behind that simple moment is something I care deeply about: data that serves people.
For more than 20 years, I have led mission-critical technology programs across the United States, South Africa, and India for some of the world's most demanding organizations. I have modernized banking platforms, powered global logistics networks, and helped reimagine how a major city experiences public transit. In every case, my work brings together enterprise strategy, engineering excellence, and real human impact.
What I Do Today
As Manager of Customer Technology Data at the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA), I lead the enterprise data initiatives that power the rider experience for one of America's largest transit systems:
- Real-time passenger information: delivering accurate arrival predictions and service alerts to riders in the moment
- Mobility data standards: championing GTFS, GTFS-Realtime, and GTFS-Flex so MARTA's data works everywhere riders are, from Google Maps to regional trip planners
- Digital rider experiences: building modern, cloud-native data platforms that make transit smarter and more accessible
- Regional interoperability: connecting transit agencies across the region through shared data and open standards

My career has taken me through three continents and nearly every corner of the enterprise technology landscape. Along the way, I have had the privilege of designing and modernizing mission-critical systems for globally recognized organizations, including:
